Jamie Kompon - Los Angeles Kings - NHL
Jamie Kompon is as an Assistant Coach with the Kings. He has held the title of Assistant Coach and Director of Amateur Development. He was also named to the club?s coaching staff on July 10, 2006, is an assistant to Head Coach Terry Murray.
Prior to coming to Los Angeles, Kompon worked for nine seasons with the St. Louis Blues organization where he most recently served as the Assistant Coach/Video Coach. He began his stint with the Blues as the Video Coach in 1997. He added Strength and Conditioning Coach to his title during the 2002-03 season, and in the spring of 2006 he was on the coaching staff of Team Canada at the World Championship in Latvia where he served as Video Coach.
Prior to joining the Blues, Kompon was an Assistant Coach with the Baltimore Bandits of the American Hockey League for the 1996-97 season and he also served as Co-Head Coach at McGill University in Montreal in 1994-95 after being employed there as an Assistant Coach for three seasons.
Born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Kompon, 42 (9/18/66), also played four seasons as a defenseman at McGill (1985-89) and then he played two seasons of professional hockey, including stints in the East Coast Hockey League and in the German Elite League. [email Jamie Kompon]
Rob Boyle - Wichita Thunder - CHL
A native of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Rob is currently an Assistant Coach with the Central Hockey League's Wichita Thunder. Prior to that, he was the Head Coach of the University of Virginia Men's Club team. He coached and played at Concordia University in Montreal and was a player/coach in Europe.
Rob has instructed at a variety of hockey schools in Canada, the United States and the Czech Republic. He is a Level 5 coach with USA Hockey and is an Advanced Level with Hockey Canada. Kevin has served as Guest Coach with the Montreal Canadiens in 2003; Head Coach at the World Under 17 Championships in 1995 Bronze Medalist; Team Canada Coach at the World University Games in 2005; Guest Coach for the Canadian National Team in 1995 and 1997. Nick Carriere has been the head coach at Buffalo State since 2004 and led the Bengals to an 33-38-7 overall record and three straight SUNYAC playoff berths, including the program?s first-ever home playoff game. In addition, Carriere has mentored five All-SUNYAC players and was named the SUNYAC Coach of the Year in 2005-06.
Carriere came to Buffalo State after spending three seasons as an assistant coach at Fredonia State, where he worked extensively in the program?s recruiting efforts in New York, Ontario, Quebec, Michigan and Ohio. He also has more than 11 years of experience working with various hockey camps, including the Buffalo Sabres Hockey School, the European Development Camp, and Can/Am Hockey Schools. He also served as an assistant coach with the gold medal-winning Western Team in the 2007 Empire State Games, and as an assitant in the 2003 Eastern College Division Senior All-Star Game.
A native of Montreal, Quebec, Carriere relocated to the Western New York in the early 1990s. He attended Niagara University, where he was a key contributor to the success of the Purple Eagles and earned a bachelor?s degree in commerce. On the ice, Carriere was twice named the squad?s Most Improved Player. He participated in the NCAA Tournament Elite Eight Championship during the 1998-99 and 2000-01 seasons. Prior to playing for the Purple Eagles, he played Junior B hockey for the Fort Erie (Ont.) Meteors.
Following graduation, he played professional hockey in both Rockford and Adirondack of the United Hockey League. He also received a training camp invite from the South Carolina Stingrays of the East Coast Hockey League.

Nate is currently the head coach of the women's hockey Program at Robert Morris University located just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to that, he was an assistant with Robert Morris' men's program since they entered Division I in 2004.
Nate graduated from Niagara University in 2000, where he played Division I hockey for the Purple Eagles. The year after he graduated, he served as an assistant coach for Niagara, where his duties included off-ice training, scouting, game film review, and coaching the team?s defensemen.During his collegiate career in hockey, Nate played in every game for the Niagara Purple Eagles through four years. The former defenseman, who played under current UMass-Lowell head coach Blaise MacDonald, was a two time All-ECAC West selection and holds the Niagara record for most consecutive games played (129).
Following the 1999-2000 season, Handrahan was signed by the Roanoke Express of the East Coast Hockey League, where he played the remainder of the 2000 season and 2000-2001 season. [email Nate Handrahan]
